PRESS RELEASE: NYSL Promotions Sends Team Leaders to National Conference

West Caldwell, NJ – NYSL Promotions’ highest-performing team leaders attended a national networking event, and offer tips for conference preparation.

Joe, the director of operations at NYSL Promotions, explained that his team recently attended a national leadership conference in Dallas, Texas. He said, “We sent only our best and brightest, and the event was jam packed with networking and team building opportunities, as well as motivational talks.”

This leadership event served as a convenient platform for learning industry-wide best practices, with two talks given by high-profile leaders including the company vice president and president. Throughout its duration, participants completed training designed to sharpen their skills, stimulate their creativity, and enhance their leadership roles.

Outside the structured learning sessions, attendees networked informally. This took place primarily during the evenings, when they mingled with other business leaders from all over the country. Joe reported that, “They were able to pick the brains of these executives, and find out what approaches and models have and have not worked in their experiences.”

Joe continued by noting that, “By building so many new business relationships, they were able to cultivate communities that can be accessed for guidance and resources.” This national networking event consisted of an all-inclusive stay at the Hilton Dallas-Fort Worth. Amenities included a pool, gym, and outdoor leisure area; it was an ideal location for the quarterly function according to Joe.
