NYSL Promotions Highlights the Talent and Potential of Allison, Assistant Manager

Due to our recent expansion at NYSL Promotions, there are several opportunities for team growth. Plenty of fresh and promising professionals have joined our team, and we are looking forward to internal promotions as well. As a matter of fact, we are all working diligently toward our goals of becoming assistant managers or even branch managers. It’s a lot of hard work, but we are fortunate to have the support and tools we need to excel.

Our colleague, Allison, is a perfect example of how far one can progress with the right amount of passion and diligence. Right now, she is an assistant manager, but she is on her way to becoming a manager. She won’t be leaving us, however. Thanks to our spacious new office, she will be operating from here!

We’re really proud of Allison, and we’re doing everything we can to make sure she knows it. Our leaders are firm believers that there is no such thing as too much recognition, and they encourage us to support one another’s achievements as much as possible. They highlight our efforts, too, through regular reviews, awards ceremonies, and spontaneous praise and feedback. Of course, we also receive highlights just like this one!

Efforts to acknowledge the contributions of colleagues has a big impact on bottom lines as well. When professionals feel appreciated, they are motivated to work harder.
